The Organization has diligently protected human rights through legal instruments and activities on the ground. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) was the first legal document to protect these rights. Together with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the three instruments form the so-called International Bill of Human Rights.

The International Commission on Diplomatic Relations and Human Rights is a non-profit international intergovernmental organization established with 501 (C) (3) non-profit status under the resolution of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961) and the Convention on Consular Relations (1963) registered as an Intergovernmental Organization IGO and registered in the ECOSOC of the United Nations with the codes No. 657384, No. 677100 and No. 677003 and IGO registered with license with the Diplomatic Corps of the United Nations, European Union (OIG Quality Assurance Certificates; No. 060917 -02, Commonwealth Government, International Council on the Sovereign State, International Court of Arbitration (ICA-014IGC), Asia Pacific Council (APC015-032018) and CIJ, etc.

CONACCE CHAPLAINS, is made up of chaplains being men and women who accept the commitment to be instruments of God in his process of restoring the mental, physical, social and spiritual health of humanity, especially those most in need.
We train the pastor, minister, layperson, etc. in the field of chaplaincy, to be ready with new tools to better serve your congregation or community with legal backing.
We have trained personnel, who provide spiritual, psychological, and therapist help, among other services for the benefit of the integral human being (body-soul-spirit).
We have a presence in several cities of the country and internationally.
